Recognising the wide-ranging and unprecedented advancements in the information and communication technologies (ICT) industry, the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) charted a new course to support the Governments across the Commonwealth and beyond, to accelerate their digital transformation plans to achieve the United Nations sustainable development goals.
