On Wednesday August 28th 2024, the Secretary General of the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) Bernadette Lewis delivered an address at the graduation ceremony for the Diploma in Telecommunications Management Studies hosted in Cameroon. The event was presided at by Cameroons Minister of Post and Telecommunication - Minette Libom Li Likeng in the presence of the Directors General of The Telecommunications Regulatory Board Professor - Philemon Zoo Zame and Cameroon Telecommunications- Judith Yaah Sunday epse Achidi ,and attended by members of Government, Members of the Diplomatic corps and Key telecommunications staleholders. Of the 17 graduating students – ten (10) were from the Telecommunications Regulatory Board, five (5) from Cameroon Telecommunications (CAMTEL), and two (2) from Ministry of Post and Télécommunications.
